Why is the pricing for embroidery estimated?

Complex designs with intricate details and higher stitch counts take more time and resources to produce, which affects the overall cost. We won’t know the exact stitch count of the art until we have created a digitized stitch mapping, and receive customer approval on the sample sewout. We use our decades of experience to give a stitch count estimate for the customer quote. 

If the final stitch count is different from the quote, the embroidery run charge and one-time digitizing fee will be adjusted to reflect the correct stitch count.
